  2. All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT. (VAT No 948839652).
  3. By ordering via our checkout process you will be deemed to have placed an order, but will have the opportunity to verify the details of your order and make any amendments prior to confirmation and payment.
  4. Our acknowledgment and validation of your card details is our acceptance of your order.
  5. Your order can be cancelled at anytime prior to despatch by email to mail@rainbowletters.co.uk or by calling 01902 791212 within
    14 days. Where the goods have been despatched they can be returned (at your cost) for a full refund (excluding P&P where charged). Rainbow Stationery Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return of damaged or partly used items (The forgoing provisions do not affect your statutory rights).
  6. We reserve the right at any time to substitute products displayed with those of a similar quality where deemed appropriate.
  7. We accept no liability for any loss or damage consequential or direct from the use of this site and your use of this site
    acknowledges this fact.
